Conceptual design solution for a 5-story residential building

The concept of a 5-storey residential building located on Tbilisi Avenue in Baku was developed and presented by the Encom team in 2022. The design team adhered to the trends of modern design and followed the path of minimalism, which brought the project to a new level of architectural solutions.
